#4 Dragon.. balls?

 After waking, the party was called upon by Debby by one of the maids, Entoma. Entoma escorted the party to the throne room. Debby asked the party if they knew what a dragon orb was (holds the soul of the dragon) and that he required them for something he had been planning. It was a perfect opportunity for the party to get more experienced. There were 4 in total, he knew where 3 of them were. He held the black orb. He asked the party to get the red and gold one. After telling the party the whereabouts of the orbs, and giving them a totem that would teleport them back to Baleek, the party left. 

The party explored the first cave to find a couple of giants calling it home. After slaying the pair of hill giants, and almost killing Barbados, the party grabbed the red orb and headed to collect the second. Upon entering the cave where the second orb lay, the encountered a strange man standing over it. A portal opened behind the party, the strange man turned around and he looked a lot like Debby. He exchanged words with Debby for a brief moment.

 

STORY TIME: Debura and Segat were brothers who lived in the capital of the region, Re-Estize. They lived in the slums and were extremely poor. One day, the capital was invaded and left Debby and his brother critically wounded. Segat seemed to be dead and Debby crawled his way to the south, escaping death. A strange magic surrounded him as he came to the swamps, curing him of his wounds, but turned him into an undead. 

Segat told his brother that his body was an illusion. He had given his soul, prior to the invasion, for unworldly powers. He was the one that invaded. He thought he had killed his brother, but was mistaken. 

Before he could finish that last sentence, Debby vanished before everyone's eyes, appeared behind his brother with multiple slashes from his daggers, killing his brother. Segat's body fell to the ground, and a wisp rose from it, floating out of the cave. 

Debura apologized under his breath as he took the orb and went back through the portal, saying nothing else. The party followed.
